[edit] How do I upload data from to website from hardware device (TECI)?
You can easily upload data from the hardware to the website by installing a small application called Desktop Uploader. Read more about it here.
[edit] How do I enter expenses to the hardware device (TECI)?
TECI has two buttons on top of it. Details are explained in the user manual. Please download the user manual here. You can also read more about TECI here.

Track Every Coin website is work in progress. As and when we complete the features you will see them become active. Do give us feedback so that we can constantly make the system better.
[edit] How do I add events on my hardware device (TECI)?
New events are created on the website and transferred to TECI through Desktop Uploader. Event feature on the web will be live soon.
[edit] Why should I buy the device (TECI)?
The device (TECI) lets you make note of your expense when you incur them. You can enter your expense and also categorize it. The device remembers the date and time of your entry. You can later add descriptions on the website.
[edit] Why should I buy the mobile application?
If you have a higher end Nokia / Sony Ericsson, you can download the application on to your cell phone. The expense data can be synchronized with your account at www.trackeverycoin.com with GPRS connection.
[edit] Can I use only the website? Is there any charge to it?
We currently do not charge for the website. You are free to signup. We believe the hardware and the mobile application will help you collect the expense data easily, which is why we encourage you to use either one of them.

Yes. You can select your currency under "Settings".
[edit] Where can I buy the TECI Gadget?
The product can be bought online on www.trackeverycoin.com -> Click on "Get TECI" and buy now. In case you want to buy it in a store, it is present at: Calypso, 4th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore; Channel 9, 7th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore and Channel 9 3rd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore. Slowly it will be available in many other stores.

We have many more features eg: Dashboard, Events, Goals etc. As and when we finish them, it will be deployed. In case you are looking for a feature that we do not have, please write to us contact[at]ionlab.in we will try our best to incorporate it.

Yes, there is a firmware update available for the device. This new update has a fix on budget balance. Please download it from here This needs .NET framework installed on your computer. Please download it from Microsoft website Click here to download it
